Chess is one of the oldest and most popular strategy board games played by two opponents on a checkered board with specifically designed pieces.
For a long time, chess has been considered a game only played by scholarly individuals with critical thinking abilities. However, the fact is that chess can be loved and played by anyone of any age group or mind set. Studies have shown that chess assists in brain development, especially when played from a young age. It also aids in a child's self-confidence and problem solving ability, and they will learn the importance of planning and discipline. Practicing chess contributes to a healthy mind and fit body, greatly shaping the golden future of a child.
The tutee's level of chess is assessed based on the MC Rating Test and their performance/progress during each session.
